Job Description

We seek an Insurance Sales Producer to join our team in Issaquah. As a Licensed Sales Representative, you are responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships to meet our agency's sales goals. This position is primarily in the office. May work from home (WFH) occasionally.

No insurance experience? No problem!

If you are an eager and driven individual who knows the importance of building customer relationships, we encourage you to apply. In this entry-level role, you will receive comprehensive training and support to help you develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed in insurance sales. The base salary for the entry-level position is $36,000 Per year. With added new business commission and opportunity for commission on renewals, may make up to $48,000.

Are experienced as an insurance sales representative? Great!

If you are a target-driven insurance professional, we encourage you to apply. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and building and maintaining customer relationships. A Property and Casualty License and insurance experience are a must-have. The base salary for the experienced position is $42,000 per year. With added new business commission and opportunity for commission on renewals may make up to $72,000 per year.

Salary Range: $36000.00 - $42000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through live transfers, networking, referrals, and other lead-generation methods.
  • Educate customers on insurance products and services to help them make informed decisions.
  • Prepare and present quotes to potential clients.
  • Actively listen to the clients objections and concerns. Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
  • Close Sales
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business and meet sales targets (3 hours of talk time OR 6-8 quotes OR 2 quotes/day)

Requirements
  • 1+ years of sales experience (phone sales, real estate, banking, inside or outside sales, luxury retail sales, or collection agencies)
  • Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
  • Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
  • Ambitious self-starter with the ability to work independently to hit targets and collaborate with team members.
